Sure. Near the bottom.

Of course, we did drop big the next day, but I am still pleased.

MRVC will report a "dirty" earnings report this quarter. There should be at least 3 EPS numbers I think. In addition to the fully diluted EPS and regular BEFORE Xyplex acquisition writeoffs, there should also be a number with everything factored in, and this number will be lower.

I think that they will take most of the acquisition related costs this quarter, but I have a feeling there will be more taken in the next two quarters as well. All in all, the software and patent rich Xyplex acquisition (coupled with the sales and engineering staff) will be a huge positive for MRVC later this year.

On Variance: What I was refering to was that statistical estimates for earnings inherently have large variances associated with them due to the highly variable underlying stochastic process that describes stock prices. In fact, under a large subset of martingale processes (used to describe stock prices), the variance increases linearly with time. And estimates for earnings which are strongly correlated with stock prices, also increase in time and at any one time have quite large values. Cheers.

The growth numbers sound great! Can anyone give me some insight or tell me where I can go to get info on MRVC's products and customers.
