Hi Esxtarus
Stock options seem the most logical way to go.
Called Pyng today, regarding news releases, listing on T.S.E ect.
Next week more profound news will be released, could not get any details.
Fundamentally Pyng is as strong as ever.Technically post 2006, by Ward
has a lot of valid, but probably applies more to the short term trader, and has very little impact in the long run,and the overall scheme of things.
Regards Jerry

Esxtarus:

It is my understanding that advisory committees are experts from the community with a strong interest in the company or its product - usually payroll isn't an issue - maybe an honorarium?

I think the value of this news release is in the concept of an advisory committee - it means that expert input is available on a consistent basis. It broadens the perspective of management in terms of planning and making decisions. It also indicates a willingness on the part of management to seek and take advice. To me, it bodes well for the long-term stability of the company.

Now the big question for me is, can I afford to buy more shares while the stock is taking its little dip?
