All: See Barron's article on page 39 discussing Manhattan Associates
IPO. Based on other recent IPO's (BAAN, I2, PeopleSoft, Manugistics, etc.) the pending NYSE ADR for SAP should generate a lot of steam in the market.

I am getting conflicting closing prices for Friday on SAPHY. One service gives the price as $163 while another reputable service shows $168. Any input as to which is correct?

The technicals suggest that there is a bullish divergence in the stock, suggesting a short term rally. Any comments? Also, Morgan Stanley dropped SAP from their Competitive Edge portfolio as of March 31. This is interesting in view of the fact that if SAPHY closed the week at 168 it represents an 18% return in one week. What does Morgan Stanley know that we don't?

Hang on snoopy!
