Bateman Re:"The real losers are the short term traders and option holders"

Only half of them.

I believe that CNBC has gotten stricter on this topic. And in addition rumors do move the market. When a quick change is taking place, it is nice to know what is flipping the market around.

Isn't it interesting how the time frame between rumor and news has shortened? Or is it now buy on rumor, buy MORE on reported rumor, sell on confirmed news.

Bateman. Re: One should always try to verify the rumours.

That's a very interesting statement. That should put an end to all rumors. gg. Death to the rumor mill. Always verify. gg. No more whisper numbers, no nothing. Strictly facts. Wouldn't it be wonderful for stocks to go up and down strictly on facts? What a thought!! Sounds like paradise. gg.

All CNBC had to do is ask TK. Maybe he would have told them and maybe he would have said no comment. Most cos. say: "We do not comment on rumors".
