IMHO a reverse split with a fad (presently) product - maybe if the product line finds an industrial or business client base. Or, there is terrific repeat business and an "excellent" word of mouth about the product from the target population.

Understanding your humble opinion, the CEO, will request shareholder approve for a reverse split 10:1 on his business word and without audited fiscals, then (sooner then later) float (dilute) more shares after they report audit fiscals of a EPS of .04 and PE=<18. Somewhere the stock slides value slides?

IMHO your NASDAQ listing statement, with respect to a fellow shareholder, was vague (and understandable), Stocks need to be over
$4.00 for ten days with 10 million shares to be on the NASDAQ.

Then the MM's, or the shareholders (due to being pissed-off) short the NASDAQ stock if LTGL is handicaped at the gate with a limited product line and/or smoke and mirrors. Reality hurts when shareholders are unhappy with management.

Products and competition arise. And the float is getting larger. With increasing or authorized shares after the reverse Howard may also enjoy night "crawling" on his back in the Keys.

The thrust is manufacturing capabilites to support national and/or global markets from prior releases. If this is the business plan. Four months should be enough to see if they can continue doing well, etc..

I have spent my .05 and will be lurking. Wish you the best of fortune.

P.S. I do have comments about the products if your interested by sending me a private email.
