Stat, Having said all the above, any ideas where INVX would diversify to? I'm not a technical guy, but I understand that their expertise in miniature wires/assembly is diversiable outside the disk drive industry. Flexible circuit assemblies are becoming a high growth area outside outside the disk drive market, so diversifying the customer base does not be necessarily mean abandoning their areas of expertise. Again, this is all based on my "read" of the information available. I'm not an engineer and don't understand the technical problems of stretching beyond disk drives. Management that has a good track record, however, feels they have competence to do well in the flex circuit market. Shane
