I talked to DAY last week about the allegations leveled by MDIN. I was told they are talking to their lawyers. I was also interested in the new properties they have acquired as stated in their annual report. I assume they are in Andacollo, but where? I was told to the north south and east DAY was landlocked, left only the west.

Lets face it, right now DAY is producing and has some good land in Chile, and given that, I assume that their management is more experienced and therefore, better at managing a producing mine than MDIN shareholders. Its intriguing the relationship between MDIN, DAY, MAR and others. With DAY putting out a release soon, and have also read the same on MDIN, this could all becoming to a head soon. Both DAY, via takeover, and MDIN can both be winners!! Good luck to everyone here!! GG
