GN, Joe is a bit hesitant about press releases at the moment as the last 7 did not do much for the stock. However, I believe we will see a few more in the not too distant future. IMO all three of the LOI's that are on the table will be closed before the end of May. The first one as early as the first week of May. These three companies were brought to DCI by Houlihan & Co. so some DD has already been completed. Of course nothing is guaranteed until Grant Thornton is finished with the audits. I would expect to see one or two new LOI's before any closings. Best Regards
