A little Calculation of Fat Matt's:

I did a little figuring on my trusty ole T81 calculator and came to this conclusion:

If CVIA has 500,000 bucks in cash and 390,000 shares outstanding, then on a book value scale that puts each share worth 1.28 (or .78, not sure which way to divide, my head hurts tonight!) just in cash value. If that was the equivalent of the book value (some people look and think highly sitting cash) and say our industry multiple was say.... 21 or 28, then that would put us at a share price of $26.88-$35.84. Now, I could be way off by calculating this, but I figured I would post it and let you guys rip it apart like a bunch of green-back hungry sharks, so GO AHEAD!! I'm all for it!

Regards,

Fatt Matt

P.S. I will try to shut up now..

Most private companies that look for shells to reverse into look for dormant low priced, no asset issues. Two things screwed them up: half million in cash and a hell of a trading float. What they must have overlooked was that the company might be dormant, but not the shareholders.

Were it not for the cash and the active shareholders, it would have been easy prey to give 1% to the shell and 99% to themselves. Now, if WOTD had been bigger, a couple of percent would have been accretive to us and we probably would have taken it without a fight...at least those who were in under a nickel.

Now, what is going to get this up to a nickel pre-split($15.00 post split) and have the necessary million share float for the NASDAQ? Even before they increase the shares to reach the million, the price is already well under the NASDAQ min.
See the problem?

The reverse has to be put on hold and they need to get things in gear and do restricted share deals to pick up value and then gradually get the price up to decent levels before a more modest 10 or no more than 50 for 1 reverse...and then pray the price holds above 4 for 30 days.
