Kurt,

The calls will be written off upon expiration. You cannot replace the callse with a substantially similar security as the calls themselves are May 40 CYMI calls. Don't confuse the stock CYMI with the calls as they are two different rading vehicles with substantially different aspects. Buy whatever you like....the May 40's will be deductible.

Anyone know what to make of this.....

In the restaurant sector, a position of 4,083 April 15 puts in Planet Hollywood International was rolled to the same strike price in May.
