This issue is trading well off its $45 highs, and insiders are selling shares at the lower prices. From February 26 to March 14, three insiders sold or filed to sell 93,000 shares at $21-$22 per share. Director Alan Salisbury, who has been selling at successively lower prices, trimmed 5,000 shares.

(AAPL, NSCP, YHOO,... are good examples of insiders not knowing what they are doing, [while others, like EGRP and, in a larger extent, CPU, do tell you something.] It's not always the case, depending on the extent of selling, bull/bear market, % of holding, stock is at all time high. I don't know anything about LTRE, besides seeing it on cda.com. Have a great day, Marty)
