"ATXI meets and exceeds NASDAQ requirements" On that wonderful news the stock dropped 5/16, see 1 day chart. IMO = Investor sentiment, cut the crap and get on with the merger! Laz

Does the "new" ATXI have to have a price of $4.00? ATXI's press release today says they have met all NASDAQ requirements and their price is $1.68. Also the smaller the merger ratio the more outstanding shares there will be after the merger. I thought one of the benefits to the reverse merger was the reduced float. A 1 for 1 rate would result in 46-47 mil shares outstanding.

Hi Jonathan-I just read your post to me.I thank you for that and the background.Let me say this to you in a very kind way.I have myself spoken with four company Chief Executives,do they read these threads you bet they do.Do the government oversight people read these threads you bet they do.Does 1000x the amount of people who post read these threads you bet they do.My point is in your case in particular with (PWSP or Pennystock.net,etc)you must be beyond any pale of suspicion .So in the future,keep that info to yourself that without question is the prudent course.Please print this post and put it right by your PC to remind you next time.Take this post as a gift to you from me I wish the very best for you.Take Good Care-Go Carefully,MiriamsSon
