Tom Busillo is right of course. Kurlak didn't get to where he is without getting some things right.

My main objection with Kurlak is however, I believe an analyst should do analysis and present his findings based on that analysis and then leaving it alone. I believe that Kurlak has gone beyond that and is guilty (by my definition) of trying to influence the outcome. The SEC definition is the only one that really counts.

I'll grant you that my definition is really only an opinion - and like truth or beauty, may sometimes only be in the eye of the beholder.

Who knows? Even some Buckeye Rose Bowl ornament - no matter how ostentatious - may have appeal to some (GGGG).
