Hello David, Damien is George's to control. El Grupo is Brad Driesen. Mr. Murphy CAN control LONG TERM share price but not short term and that was what I was talking about. Dilution is relative to acquisitions in the sense that if eps are generated above the shares issued, there is no dilution in effect. This company is being expanded to be packaged to be sold to a larger telecom company. I believe this will happen although I've no clue to the time frame. We agree about the 1.40 level. With .13eps in the book, we should be between 2.25 and 3.00 on a purely fundamental basis. By the end of 1Q98, I think we'll have a better picture on what can be expected in eps and I'll bet with a 20 multiple, it could be interesting.... Take care.. Lou
