Dan, U might miss to read information from Charger regarding $60 million. If U have read it, U would come out with different questions. Charger has a clue, but there are some details like u said is not clear at this stage. However, it is easy to find out straight yourself if u believe the deal has doubt on this deal.. This thread has only existed for one day, many of us just heard about it yesterday, and started to ask and call the company for more information. The best way to do your own DD is to call the company directly talking to CEO, questioning him hard on this deal. I believe you raised some interesting questions, which can be solved by one phone call. I have to say there are many details we have to get into. Of course, when the cloud is over, the fly is over. Anything can happen, and we have to balance the risk and reward, and also not miss the fly...good luck to all
