SORRY JUST ONE LAST OPINION! I thought about what Reason #### said and here is what I came too.... I would have to see what stocks he is talking about, but here is what I see with CVIA/WOTD. In most stocks, let's say XYZ. It is a company on the OTC market at .05 and is not turning profitalbe but wants to reduce the number of shares thus increasing the price, making it look more attractive. So it uses the reverse split. Say 20 to 1. Now the stock is at $1 with less shares but still the SAME COMPANY IN THE SAME INDUSTRY SECTOR. This = LOSER!!! Now CVIA--Old, pathetic, worthless, piece of feces shell selling nothing, making nothing, no use, but has $500,000 in cash, tax loss carry-over (which will help our WOTD with its earnings). It goes through a 300 to 1 reverse split, huge price difference. AND IS NOW A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COMPANY, NEW BOARD, NEW MANAGEMENT, NEW INDUSTRY SECTOR, NEW NAME, CLEAN SLATE, NO HISTORY, LARGE INVESTORS/BOARD MEMBERS THAT ARE VERY AGRESSIVE AND VERY INTELLIGENT WITH DEEP POCKETS (I THINK). THIS= MAJOR POTENTIAL, VERY ATTRACTIVE IN MY OPINION. I just think you have to look at it from a different prespective. In a few days we will be a NEW company with the fresh new car scent (hey doesn't need some new tires and an oil change? :) ), in a STABLE industry (NOT THE CRAZY TECHS THAT SWING SO MUCH!!)!! Mulla, Yeah it looks like only the brave are buying at the moment. I dont think I would call the certs on this one because they will be issuing new certificates, and it may take a few weeks for the printer and TA to actually get the new certs, and then mailed to you. So if you are looking at possibly trading in the next 6 weeks to 2 months it might not be a good idea... if you are going to hold looooong, it might not be a bad idea to call them in. KAA
