I use data from Chartsmart and they account for the restructuring. The reason why this is important is that you need to know where all this paper is eventually going to appear out of nowhere, ready for sale. Capital structure is considered to be one of the most important elements to a deal. The higher the cost, the higher the resistance so even though the Nextra shares are now Nuvo shares, they will still be for sale at some point. As for the $0.54 figure, I don't know, but all I said was that the FIRST resistance is at $0.30...thanks for the info.
