>Is Georgia another broker?

Yes, a broker, although I'm not familiar with them.

>> I like the fact that there >>appear<< to be more buyers than sellers.

>Are you referring to total # of shares bought/sold or people/companies buying versus selling?

What I mean is that only two brokers (probably representing just two individual clients) were providing 85% of the shares sold in the last 30 days. These were being purchased by a variety of brokers.

Also, most of the activity was buying from the asks instead of selling to the bids. I would read this as the buyers being more eager to get shares than the sellers to unload.

>Are the sellers smart (take what you can get before the company folds)

I might be way off here, but I suspect that the sellers are not so much smart as impatient. I bet that they were former preferred shareholders who are unloading stock now that they are holding the more liquid common shares. Remember that there were three classes of preferred shares and that two of those classes weren't even listed on a stock exchange. A few people might have been stuck with those shares for years without any active market, and now that they have one, they're looking to cash out. One reason I think this is because I first noticed the constant supply of shares available at 0.35 right around the time that I received the commons (from my converted preferreds) in my account.
