thats what I thought also & it did not move at all today!
guess Im missing something. I bought a couple thousand
shares today and will hold. The CEO posting on Yahoo's board is a great touch which you don't often see
and his buying
1,066,666 shares is a good sign.

Besides that, my boat is named

EASY

Better than EASY -- VSNR. Visioneer scanners test better than Storm. VSNR software is in a totally different league from Storm's clunky stuff -- there is no comparison at all.

VSNR has become profitable. I license patents to the company and am in ongoing contact with senior management. I anticipate a modest positive earnings surprise this quarter.

Others agree. Since I made this post March 30, stock has risen from 3 and broken through resistance at 3-1/2. Profit-taking pullback today to 3 5/16 creates great buying opportunity.

Windows '98 will include kernel mode scanner support for the first time. All scanners will work better. Demand is growing rapidly now, and will increase dramatically this year and through 1999. You like scanning, go with the leader, VSNR. Should see 4's soon; 6's this year.

Virtually no downside risk on VSNR: increasingly profitable company which sets sales records every quarter. Check out website at visioneer.com.

CEO's that post on boards is cool, but stupid, imo. When they do that they are toooo focused on their stock price and should be focused on the business.

I have stated this before and plenty of folks disagree. That is ok. It is only my opinion.
