Just a couple of comments about the change over to a lower revenue product base. The change isn't going to be without some pain and the decision to change coarse could have been some of the reason for the ''SG&A'' increases ( booking related expenses ). They are going to canalize a portion of their existing retail sales but as noted they do so with the lower cost ATAPI drive thus somewhat offsetting the higher margin loss. I particularly like the company's decision to move their advertising dollars from the general public arena to the front line channel, where the actual sales occur ( much better use of these dollars if they expend these at all ). The greedy instinct has given way to the killer instinct. The street will favor a leaner meaner IOM Regards Reseller
