Sillen, "After reading the newsletter as well as various articles about the deregulation in Europe the outcome is obvious; DCTC is at the right place at the right time!"

My sentiments exactly, DCI-UK is the division that has always excited me the most about DCI, even though we have not seen much in Revenues from that division as of yet. One thing that might be worth considering is that even in the areas that DCI does not have much in the way of infrastructure...how about the value of just the licenses to do business there..how much could just those licenses be worth to a large Telecom wanting to move into Europe?? Off Topic :Aloha back at ya Sillen,
In the summer of my 11th year, my family and I went on vaca
to the islands, we were met at the Hilo airport by our driver (not a howlie). When we went to the car, it was rather apparent that the
man had triple parked (perhaps a Bostonian in another life). We
were greeted with the unhappy yelling of one of the owners of the
aforementioned autos, yacking about being blocked in, our dear
driver looked calmly at the man and said " ain't no big deal brodda."
In summary, grid lock is a temporary state of mind.
All my best,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,De Peepster
