I could be full of it but my take on all this is as follows.

They have been working on a big deal now for the many months, thinking that any day it will be signed and the company can go on with there game plan. Any pre release could jepordize these ongoing negotiations. And if you have something real big you don't want to do anything that will rock the boat.

3D's time has come and we have the Master in our corner Condon. We have great contacts.

My felling is that I will make a killing on this stock! Even the long time holders will make money.

All are agreed that this is put up or shut up time! Don't leave before the miracle. 3DTV 3DPC
If nothing happens buy April 30. Then think about bailing!

Lets get one thing straight here Bill.

First, I do not communicate with any company I invest in because of "enthusiasm" as you put it. It is purely and simply a matter of continuing due diligence ... something I would strongly encourage all investors to do if they want to protect their investments. I treat all of my stocks equally in that regard as you can see by taking a look at the SLPW thread as an example. I met with their California Area Sales Manager for three hours last week and obtained a sample of their product so I could personally test it ( I would have tested it earlier if it had been available ). Today, I will be driving from Los Angeles to San Luis Obispo and return ( 400 miles ) to compare fuel economy with and without the product. By the way, I have no business in SLO .. this is simply a mileage run.

Secondly Bill, no company "uses" me as you put it! I am not on the company payroll and have never been offered any compensation in any form to speak for the company. Remember, I have a considerable investment of MY money in NVXE as well. My first buy was way back when the stock was trading at 2 5/8 and I have added to my position as recently as last month. As you know, I have far more than 100,000 shares of this company and if I believed this was a dead horse I would sell in a minute!

I have learned that in this business if you don't like the smell or the feel of an investment you take your lumps and move on to something you like better. I will never sit passively by and ride an investment to zero and I would suggest to everyone that they get out if they feel this is a loser. I would only ask that you sell incrementally so you don't drive the price down to five cents because I will still be holding all of my shares.

Finally, I would strongly encourage each and every one of you to pick up the telephone and call the company with your concerns as I doubt that ventilating here will accomplish anything. Posting here behind the protection of some screen name is not the same as face to face communication with a CEO. I will make this as easy as I possibly can for all of you investors out there .. the telephone number for NVXE is (818) 385-1099. Ask for Ray Willenburg, Rich Wilson or Jack Honour. The office normally opens at 10:00 A.M. Pacific time and their receptionist Shane will probably answer the phone. You can also contact them by email although they admit they do not check their email every day. Here is the link.

I guarantee you this ... I will stay informed. Will you?
