Yeah, crane screwed up there - he should have told everyone they were selling their stuff through the internet. IFLY should be an easy short (in the long term) considering all the discount flight-sellers on the internet already. I and some friends used them last xmas - they will be hard to match (I have the URLs at work). From what I see IFLY don't even have a working web page. But the hype is strong -it may be a while before it collapses. The current web craze should throw a few of these up - I think there will be a few dollars to make if you can pick out the no hopers.
