If your Windows 95-based system has an Iomega Zip drive, Norton Zip Rescue offers you a quick and easy non-DOS disaster recovery alternative.

This addition to the Rescue Disk utility within Symantec's Norton Utilities 3.0 lets you create a personalized rescue Zip disk of your hard drive, including files and system settings.

In the event of a system failure, you can boot from your Zip Rescue disk and immediately launch Windows 95 to recover your system in a familiar environment. The Rescue Recovery Wizard then guides you through the recovery process using a Windows interface.

In addition, you can save your work, recover critical files and fix common Windows 95 problems by running Norton Utilities 3.0 program modules such as the Registry Editor, Registry Tracker, Unerase Wizard and WinDoctor.
