<I can give you my wholehearted congratulations on your personal perspicuity! :-) >

Victor, thank you. The reason I could call out Bay's moves quite accurately is because I have no long or short positons on it. I can think about it clearly with no muddy brain - like you ! <G> Maybe I shouldn't buy into Bay since once I bought into it I'll become Vepoc-the-Second !!

My analysis are based on other anaLysts' analysis and then coupled them with some very careful reading of the charts. I'm no expert on TA. I met a guy the other day in Calgary, he wrote TA articles for 'Stock and Commodity' magazine, I exclaimed 'you must be a TA expert !' but he humbly said 'no'. Because any good TA realizes that charts never lies but people reading the charts often erred. "Charts don't screw you up, people screw you up." I'm still learning.

As to the fear of having no stocks when a buy-out suddenly comes, you can keep a portion as long-term holdings and use portion of the money to do short-term tradings.

I sold my Bay leaps ages ago. Now the 2000/$30 calls (LBNAF) looks quite attractive at 5 1/8 Friday. I'd wait for a pull-back to the $20-21 level to pick it up at $4 something.

The next sessions should determine the short-term movement of BAY, I'm afraid it will retest the $21 area breifly touched on Friday. It must show some solid support on this $23 level before it can go up.

So much for now.
