Barry: Having read both of these documents, I wish there was either a service or a person on this thread who could interpret the filings, especially the 14A. My read of this document reveals a good discussion of the XL Vision technology and plan and then also a bunch of discussion of warrants, loans, and options issued to the people that are keeping this company in the cash. My biggest questions come up with regard to the significance of the dollar figures connected to the warrants ($14/share) and the XL Vision options ($10/share), both of which appear to be reasonable expectations of stock value in the near (3rd quarter--$10/share) and far (next year--$14/share). My questions are obvious; am I interpreting these dollar figures correctly? Are they significant.

Anyone with the skills to read and interpret the AXIS 14A, please apply below................(VBG). Maybe Harold has that ability (I am sure he has the time). A plain English version of some of these reports would certainly help us poor investors!
