Poor Silicon Master, do your initials give us a clue as to what your into? When will you bears learn? You mess with the best, and you die like the rest! How many times does Dell have to double before you people get the point? Are you paying attention? Dell is growing 3-4x the industry and is UNAFFECTED by CPQ's pricing action. This stock is trading at a discount to future earnings (with a current PEG ratio .94 per first call vs. 1.53 for the dow and this assumes a conservative 5 year growth rate of only 30%, roughly half the past 5 years growth rate). I predict this puppy will easily be at 75 by the May earnings release. Us Dellionaires will continue to prosper and you poor bears will continue to take the pipe. I feel bad for you. COVER and run or go long.

Best of luck

:o)

Good luck shorting DELL & let's know how you come out,ok.

SM:

There is just too much going on in this market. Like the man said the other day on NBR,I am referring to Mr. Ackerman of Fahnestock, the confluence of 'Mood,Money and Momentum' makes this market very dangerous for bears and conversely very profitable for bulls who are in the right stocks like some of us.<gg>

Short the internet stocks [except may be Yahoo] but if you are smart you will go long on DELL or if you can't do that just stay the hell away from DELL and thank us later.

Disclaimer: This not an advice [like you are going to listen to me,right] but a just a comment.

I guess we look at things two different ways: I relish seeing low volume on Dell like aug 96, dec 96 , or june 97, as it is getting ready to move up, whereas huge volume is a warning of flat performance or look out below.
