David,

I haven't had much time to follow SI lately, but you seem to have turned very negative on Borland lately -- a lot moreso than say, six months ago (it seems to me, anyway). So, was there something specific or just generally a lack of confidence in what's going on, or what? Or the VSGN deal maybe?
