V1 I think we are so heavily weighted in LGND, that the object is to lighten the load and free up the capital. So I'd say let's sell the 700 shares outright. If you want to do the warrants, that is fine, but let's sell even more of the stock, say another 700 shares or more, and then and use the additional cash from that sale to do the warrants. The interesting thing to me about the warrants is that I am clueless as to the mechanics of them, and it represents a good learning experience for me and I'm sure for many others on the thread too. It's nice to hang on to the coattails of people like Bernie and Dan O as they pull me up the learning curve. I'm big on hanging on coattails, sometimes with white knuckles and bleeding fingers, but I've got big hands and a good grip (just not always on reality!). Rman
