Exit strategy? This is the first time I have ever seen stuff like this! First of all, the only thing I can think of what he meant by that is he is dollar cost averaging down, in order to get a lower average...At this point even if we assume is average xost for the 6 mil shares is somewhere around $14, he would have to buy almost 10million MORE SHARES at the current price (that would be almost another 15% stake), guving him 25% ownership, just in order to get to around $11...and then what? Unload it "without anyone noticing?" (yeah right)...this is my interpretation of it richard.... Also, wouldn't that other idea of "paying Teo off" to get out of the stock be ILLEGAL? Heck, if they were trying to pay me off, that would make me even MORE relentless to get these screwballs out of there....I mean to pay Teo off now is just an embarassing statement for someone to make and totally uneducated in how things work inthe market...how many people have paid off Carl Icahn, Prince Alwaleed, Michael Price, or Al Kingsley? Some of these people need to read a few books (or the wall street journal) to understand how business works. I agree that it is an insult to Mr. Teo to say that. Plus it would cost Cirrus over $30 million to ideally just get a break even exit price, but do you think for one second Teo acquired 6 million shares to break even? Go put your head back in the sand. That's NO WAY to run a company--just handing money out and buying shares like that...hell, if they are going to buy someone's shares they could spend that and buy more of their shares in the open market at a much better discount than these illegal activities.... It's amazing the ideas people come up with sometimes.... Feel free to yell back at me, but I cant sit here and just watch stupid things come across my screen that make no sense.... I apologize to everyone else for being so drawn out.... THE DIALER P.S. I went over to yahoo, Arslan has the site listed where you can see the large block that traded....you can't just"believe anyone" these days....
