You make a valid point sir, but my gut tells me otherwise. Weighing my options, I think I will stick it out until something concrete comes down the pike.

Good Day to All:

The reverse split is to be VOTED on. It's not necessarily going to happen. IMHO if the Co. wanted the reverse split bad enough they could have gone ahead and voted with the shares that were voted at the meeting. They decided to wait. They are obviously very interested in all of the shareholders' opinion on this. From Mr. K's synopsis it sounded like Mr. Copeland didn't feel strongly one way or the other about the reverse split. Please feel free to correct me, Mr. K if I interpreted your summary wrong.
