True, we seem to be participating in a labor shortage right now, however, I don't see too many investors/traders running for the sidelines. But I see what you mean. Perhaps the US may need to open up immigration, and take in a lot more poor, weak, teaming masses to keep this "consumer" economy on the upswing.

The next 25+ years will be fun to experience! We need to come up with ways to make those years profitable.
