Toni, I sort of doubt we will see as low as $1 a share, but it does appear to me that we do have a good chance to go lower than we are now. Why? Because it appears to me that our "seller" has a lot of shares to move and that he for some reason has decided to be a lot less picky about about what he get's for them. If we knew the minimum price that our seller would take, then we would know the potential bottom. I suspect that the person/group that we verified had shorted the 700K shares of restricted stock is likely our big seller now. It does not appear to me from watching the MM reactions and reading the TL that the MM's are going short, I think that they have been given these shares to sell. Walking the price down allows them to move more shares, so it seems likely to me we will end up finding out what the minimum price is that our seller will take for his shares. I see a few possible scenarios: 1. We are successful in stopping our seller from selling or shorting his restricted shares and force him to cover, resulting in an instant turn around in DCTC. 2. We cannot stop the illegal selling and the price of DCTC falls under selling pressure to either the minimum level that our seller will accept, or hits the maximum level that DCI is willing to repurchase those shares for. ( assuming there is still an offer open to buy those share privately). Personally I am going to add to my position as much as I can at these dirt cheap prices starting next week. If I have to wait out our seller moving all of his position, fine. The important issue to me is that DCI is going gangbusters and once this overhead is truly removed, the recovery is going to be awe inspiring IMO. (G) It's sure a shame that so many of the CC holders have been in such a rush to sell both their free trading and their restricted shares as well that they have crushed DCTC so badly, but even though there were over 7 million options involved in the CC deal, we will eventually soak them all up as there is a limited number, the price will recover and it will be their loss not ours IMO. For the record, this post is mostly my own speculation. James
