Basically, on the buyside,you can cover the position (buy back the shorted shares) at ANY price you want, no restrictions. It is only on the sell side thatyou must observe the short sale restrictions.

ps. I apologize about being less active up here. I am sure we are all aware of the volatility in the markets. The more volatile the market, the more crazy my days become, handling business and other items. Ebb and flow. Peaks and troughs.
