From April Computer Telephony magazine p16 (Bolding is in article)

"Why IP Telephony will succeed" by Harry Newton harry_newton@msn.com

Microsoft spends $3 million a year on moving, adding and changing its
phones around the Puget Sound area in Washington.

All this money would be saved if it went to IP Telephony. That
is what Microsoft believes. I believe them.

The buzzwords you'll hear soon will be "Zero Administration for
Telephony."
