I find it odd that the law firm is looking for a "lead plaintiff" in the pending suit. From the law firm's news item at:

biz.yahoo.com

"If you are a member of the class described above, you may, not later than June 16, 1998, move the
court to serve as lead plaintiff of the class, if you so choose. In order to serve as lead plaintiff,
however, you must meet certain legal requirements..."

Does it strike anyone else as odd that there's a pending case yet the plaintiff still has to be determined?
