According to the VSE, more documents were requested concerning various transactions. I'm wondering if anyone knows how long these investigations take? Why must the stock be halted when the VSE is investigating Miller and Co.? Couldn't trading resume while the investigation is ongoing? Or does that lead to high volumes of speculative trading? This is a joke! All I know is that many other stocks have continued trading with much more 'baggage' than SKB. The VSE should either suggest Miller's resignation or indicate the findings of the investigation up to this point!

I did not have time to go to their office when in Toronto on other business. However I did call the SCI office today and talked to Ann Davis. She told me that all papers had been sent to VSE and was just waiting on their approval in order to get started trading again. I asked if Stan was still involved in the company and was told that he had resigned. Apparently he lives in California and really hasn't been at SCI offices much. Hope this info helps clarify come of the comings and goings. I then called VSE and was told that all required papers were submitted and they were reviewing them and would make a decision some time. If anybody has anything else to add please do. thanks.
