Richard, Your quite welcome. Re: Video Conferencing Product Other than being a customer and casual follower, I didn't really starting following CREAF closely until about a year ago. I don't remember the product you are referring to so I sorry to day I can't answer your question. It was brought to my attention last night that CREAF has really done a lot of work on their web site (http://www.creaf.com) lately. One of the major modifications is the addition of a new product DVD-RAM. These are DVD drives that not only read the DVD standard disk (along with all other conventional CD formats of course) but also allow you to write and re-write up to 5.2G (2.6 G/side). For me this is major. I have been holding off buying the Encore package (which incidentally can now be found for an amazing $258 at necx.com) because I wanted to wait for the DVD-RAM drives to become available. I'm sure many others have also been waiting for DVD's to become re-writeable before taking the plunge. I also noted on their website that "PC Data reports that 85% of DVD upgrades sold by leading US retail stores in February came from Creative Labs!. This is a great head start. If you go to the NECX site you can get a good list of all their current products and what is the lowest price you might expect to find them at (approximately). You will also notice that all products are in stock except the new 8 and 12 meg video cards. This is consistent with reports that they simply can't make enough to meet demand. Although, this in itself is a problem (hopefully to be remedied relatively soon) it not the worse problem to have. <ggg> Good luck, FF
