Arthur, I agree with you that CCUR cannot afford to give out much
info right now about their products. There is obviously a lot
of negotiations going on that are very sensitive and CCUR just
about stuck their foot in their mouth with ONCO with their previous announcement. I am afraid, as much as we would like to
know, that we are just going to have to wait a while longer to find out just who has the best/better products and who is going to be a player. Things are finally moving though, after a 2 year
wait for me, and I expect we will know something pretty soon.
In the meantime, all should be looking at other cable players
because this sector is just beginning to cook and you can get some
wild rides when a sector is cooking.
Ken

I don't understand what the hell you just said in that post. You seem as if you have a lot of knowledge about this industry. I don't have any issue with your opinion, because I believe you are bullish on CCUR. Keeping up or passing by other tech companies for biz is very important. TWX or TCI or ONCO are not about to bet the future sucess of IVOD on some start up company. Nor are they going to buy into an expensive solution from one of the traditional players (which is why they never felt IVOD was commercially feasable until last year).

CCUR is not sitting on their technology. In fact, as I believe I have mentioned, they have carved a software solution to run on Pentium computer. Not on NT, because their software solution is the actual OS for the server. They like to call it the "video engine" as they begin to market it to the pentium server crowd. They don't want to give the impression that they are competing against Microsoft in this arena. Last 10-Q showed R & D dropped a little. That is because the R & D for this product was 35 years of Real Time computing experience. I think you will find that one of the other real competitors in this field, Diva/Sarnoff, is similar to CCUR. Sarnoff developed their IVOD server many years ago, I believe in the 80's, but never had a market for a server that could deliver thousands of seperate, controlable streams. Now the capital has come behind them and they are taking this long existing tech and turning it inot a hot commodity. What were you saying about Dell again, I missed the point. Either give investment advice or tech info, but not both, because what you are trying to say isn't very clear.

Mr. Tang, CCUR is in harvest mode in IVOD and transition in REALTIME. It is thus a great opportunity to invest before the fuzzy picture clears. I don't have much respect for Wall Street analysts anyway. They are sheep waiting to be herded and will not be here until this stock is well above 6 to 8. They will surley cause this stock to go much higher than it should. That is when I love the herd mentality. Just my opinion.
