Assuming ipo is strong there will be a pop in tsqd. if ipo is weak there will no major effect to a minor negative. however, as far as i know you need connections with a broker to get most ipo's.

I am also very curious as to what happens to the shareholders of TSQD if Digital river has an IPO. If TSQD owns 26% of it how would TSQD shareholders who own 26% of Digital River get a piece of their shares. If they don't then get anything from them then aren't we losing our 26%. Sure TSQD shares will go up but is that all we would get.
