My friend cm,

that helped ALOT!!

Last year, I bought 3000 SEEK
shares at 13 and declared to my wife that
it was a five year plus buy and hold,
then I lost my grass on NSCP,
so when SEEK went down to 8 after
I bought at 13, I bought 10000 more
shares.

As you well know, I lost ALL 13000 shares
at 18. I should have stuck to my guns
on the original plan and not sold that
original 3000 shares of SEEK.

Good news is, that I encouraged the wife
to buy SEEK, and she did last year at 9.

Her 1k is now worth 7k!!

She is a very happy novice.

Fact is, I am good,
but not great.

By selling SEEK too early,
I passed up 200 - 300k profit over
the past five weeks!! ARRRGGGGGHH!!!

Anyway, I will hold SEEK.

I also bought the LYCOS OCTOBER 60 CALLS
for about 19. What do you think?

I am currently scoping on PPOD. Check it out,
let me know your valuable well prosed thoughts,
please.

cm....Can you explain your rationale a little more on why SEEK may have moved their earnings announcement up a week.....BTW, when did they decide to move it up?...Was it a decision made before stellar announcement by YHOO and impressive one by XCIT, or was it a last minute change made for some reason advantageous to the price of it's stock?...Thanks........George

My god, brothers and sisters, so many messages and I still have a life on the outside. What to do. Just to wade throught the chafe to read cm's prose is making my head spin.

Reading once or twice about the trading proclivities of people I don't know is fascinating. After the first hundred such stories, I get more than a tad bleary eyed. Does this happen to others.

Thank you Charles Sims for telling us the future. Your skills in the past were uncanny. And to all the day trippers, have you ever tried Oregon? Still long and happy, but also day trading calls for that little extra excitement. It's all just money, but someone has to make it.
