CD is a NO NO for now. Keep in mind that due to the problems investors have lost visibility in earnings, if not, the whole fundamental story of the company. This could be dead money for awhile. I am not saying it can not come back, but there are still too many clouds hanging on top of the co. (i.e. How high will litigations due to fraud cost?). If you want to play this situation take a look at ABI (American Bankers Insurance). If CD really gets into trouble, they may have to let go the co., and this would become a take over play again.
