Hi John and ALL: I definitely agree that management is doing the correct thing for shareholders. Let's not forget that they own about 50% of ADOT. I think that they try to do the best they can by informing us. Does anybody know how much these Business Wires cost? I know that the shares have not reflected the potential. I believe because investors, or traders, want instant gratification. They always think that the grass is greener on the other side. Until more information is available, I believe we have a winner here. I even got some shares on Friday. About 26k shares traded in the last 8 minutes on Friday. More selling then buying though. After reading Brad's link full of information, I came up with another possible good news item. ADOT is interested in some patent from a company. Also, Brad's information post says, the BB will be done in April, vs. the company's note of 1997 released in February stating that the BB will be done in July 98. I wonder which information is the latest?. As of now, I have to go with the ADOT official press release. Also, the Revenue estimates that Brad had for 1998 was 4 million dollars. That is very close to the deal that they are working on (1.7 mill) and the one announced in the latest press release of (2.4 mill). 1999 Brad's revenue estimate is 12 millions. I don't know what margin they can keep out of that. IF I guess 30% margin, this will give us 3.6 mill profit. To make my math easy, if we assume 10 mill shares, we will have 36 cents EPS. A P.E of 30 will give us a 10 dollar stock. I like to be conservative, so my math calculation increased the current outstanding shares by about 40%. The P.E is very very conservative, given the growth will be in the hundreds in the first 3 to 5 years. Also, I choose not to include BIOMODA'S huge revenue potential which I label "The gravy train". I would not be surprised if by the 5th year the EPS from Biomoda alone is not 1 dollar per share. I am also as excited as you and Brad. Happy dreams. Fred
