Just now got to skim the thread since Thurs. Saw some of you wondering about where I'd been and how come I wasn't pounding the stock on the board while it was dwn Fri. While I am touched at this concern for my well being, that's not how I operate. I have no ill will toward you DELL longs and hope we can all make $$. We just have VERY different opinions on the future of DELL's stock price. I will not come here to gloat if DELL falls to $40 as I anticipate, or make fun of those who have differing opinions. Let's keep this thread friendly! and profitable for all!

Chart still points dwn IMO, didn't do much Fri probably due to options expiration. We've gone sideways to dwn on thhe weekly chart for several weeks now. I think the low vol is important. High vol would indicate accumulation and a nice base before a move higher. We haven't seen this. I think this indicates dwn. Well, that's the chart as I see it. I think you know my opinion of DELL's fundimentals. Good luck!

All IMHO of course!

r,

If DELL went to AMD, couldn't they get a motherboard with the AMD chip from another manufacturer? Just bolt 'er in! Am I missing something here?

To me it IS THE JIT MODEL - PERIOD! Doesn't matter what you make! You turn inventory at this rate, YOU HAVE TO MAKE MONEY! Especially when you are running on somebody elses money! Their cash conversion cycle is -5 days. I read that as 5 days of 'interest' on somebody elses money. Let me have 5 days of interest on say Bank Americas money!

Regards,

Ken
