Herein lies the problem, market capitalization cannot be calculated without a proper share count. With still a large overhang of yet unconverted Pfd's, market psychology dictates today's low price. We are oversold, and discounted for a worst case scenario. Fundamentals haven't changed, we still have cash flow, production and growth potential. However, until a deal is finalized, I don't think we will see any immediate upswing in price. End of quarter results should be out next month, let's hope to see some good news, and maybe a resolution to this mess. Hugh
