Mark: Thanks my friend. We have been through a lot of agony and hope with NVXE and I certainly understand the frustration that some feel. My frustration has nothing to do with a lack of information from the company because I understand their management philosophy and the position they are in. Their philosophy is that they will not make the same mistakes their predecessor made and report about a ton of discussions / negotiations that never come to fruition. The position they are in is that they need financing! Negotiations with several investors are at a critical point right now and they CANNOT DISCUSS IT! ( sorry I did not mean to shout ). In terms of what are the priorities, let me ask all of you to tell the company what is important. What if you have a basket full of letters of intent and signed contracts, but only limited resources? Would you prefer that they shoot another 1000 feet of film that will generate revenue, or pay for an audited quarterly report that once again shows a loss. What are the priorities? We, as share holders have a right and an obligation to tell them what we believe is priority one. I know how I would vote, but each of you has to make up your mind. My frustration does not stem from a lack of information. Rather, it stems from the fact that there is a ton of information out there if investors would take the time to seek it out ( and I don't mean you Mark as I know you have been as proactive as you could be given the fact that most of us have to work for a living ). Again, I would say ... call the company, call the company and last but not least ... call the company. Get to know them and ask them the tough questions. Write down their responses and call them back again if you need clarification of an answer they gave you that you are not comfortable with. Disagree with them, if necessary, because they need your input. And, never, ever fall in love with a company. Set mental stops based upon your pain tolerance and grab the sheep and get the flock out if it becomes necessary. You know, I have written more yesterday and today than I have ever written before on S.I. In my mind, I have become terribly verbose and I apologize for that. This is not my fight ... not my battle. I never wanted to be the leader of this pack of dogs or any other for that matter ( humor intended ). There is one reasonably well known poster on S.I. that said he was comfortable with his investment and there was nothing more to say. Periodically he does post though ... and simply says " Do be do be do " Do be do be do (;o) Gary
