Sure Anthony... I am not saying it will happen, but a possibility could be admit the mistake, announce the terms and make some type of deal that is retroactive to the share holders of record on Monday April 13, 1998 or Tuesday April 14, 1998.

To me thats the smartest and easiest way out of this situation, it would avoid many future problems... look we are not talking about a great deal of money to do it either, less than $100 k tops. Really that amount of money is no big deal, to get their plans back on track and return some shareholder loyalty... if they did this they couldnt beat the investors off with a big stick, for a long time to come.

Think about it, if you lost money when you sold, and they said Anthony we goofed... here is your WOTD stock, wouldnt you say "hey these guys are alright" I think I'll hold this stock long term?

Maybe wishful thinking on my part... but it could happen.

A Few Ideas/Opinions:

1) Some people do not need to be so hard on Jack. He was in the middle of "salvaging" an almost worthless company. It is kind of like nature. A big hawk swoops in and "aquires" the little, dying mouse and uses him to further help himself. Just like our situation here. Jack did not have many options.

2)You all know that I have never been through a reverse merger before, but I look at it this way. At least I will have some value to my shares, right now they are virtually worthless. And we will also have a book value.

3)I know that WOTD is not a MSFT. I was just multiplying it buy the same numbers to see what I would come up with. And yes, I know what a P/E is and the Industry Multiple you multiple by is. Sorry, it was a little late last night.

4) Maybe, if they intentialialy put that 300-1 reverse in there and came back and said they goofed. Man, you are talking about some major happy people and the price will fly. Maybe that was their plan. Then the price will fly and then the merger will happen when it hits .05 or so, then do a 100-1 at the max... Just hoping.

Regards,

Fatt Matt

Hello! Anthony,

In a previous posting you mentioned, " If they go back to the table and redo this mess in our favor, is there a possible recourse from investors that jumped out in the last days of this mess?"

Intersting question! --- In my opinion , since I am still long CVIA Shares , I would naturally like to see the share price increase in trading value.

It of course was my own personal choice/ decision to buy, sell, hold, or whatever! From the thousands of postings that I have read on this and other threads, I recall seeing reminders, warnings , what have you time and time again, that any/all OTC-BB Stocks are at best, very high risks, highly speculative in nature, and any/all investors should always do what is right for them with their hard earned money!
( At least that's the way I see it in my opinion!)

Since I have already expressed my situation that I still own CVIA Shares. of course I would much rather that it be trading at a higher price level!!!---But! It was my money, my decision, my risk, and my choice to hold on to the shares, even after the news of the announcement of a a possible share consolidation!-- ( And note that I say possible , because thus far, I have not read anything to neither confirm or other wise of any further developments in the share consolidation arena!) ( JMO!).....

And in my opinion for those that decided to divest their CVIA Shareholdings, I am hoping that the people that made that decision also at that time felt that they were doing what was right for them!

Getting back to your question of possible recourse!

Now! Please understand I am not happy with the share price of the stock! But! The good news for me is, I do have a recourse! I always had , always will have! ( I hope!)....

I can continue to hold my shares,---buy more if I feel it's right for me,
sell my shares -if I feel it's right for me! Of course I have a recourse!
On an ongoing basis! ( JMO!).....

Over the last 24 hours in my opinion ( and we know what most of you think of that!) a somewhatmore civilized tone/ mood has started to return to this thread! With the solid efforts/ input of GJC, KAA, and Novice Bob, in my view I am sensing a hint ( although very slight-in my opinion!)----that maybe/ just maybe the worst is behind us?
Time of course will paint a clearer picture! ( I hope!)....

I do find it interesting that at least to my understanding we haven't heard from many participants on this thread that bought shares in the .005 to .008 cent range and then sold in the .011 to .012 share price range!--If this was in fact the case, a profit opportunity of 50 to 140 %
range was out there! It's only a guess, but maybe someone out there actually made a profit in the past few days on CVIA! I wonder what their recourse is! ( Other then being happy, I guess?--because they took a very high risk, made a decision that they felt was right for them,---the ones that sold for a profit ( if any)---they most likely feel that they should be allowed to keep their profits! They took the risk!

I personally hope for myself and all the CVIA Shareholders that the efforts of the likes of KAA and others mentioned bring about a positive turn of events , that is hopefully positive for all of us!

I realize that I have only shared my opinion on this posting, and am aware that there are thousands or more opinions regarding the CVIA Scenario!

Good Luck To All! And be sure to do what is right for you!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
