try Brown & co. brownco.com
have been with them for some years, and have been satisfied with
thier service, even when they have screwed up, which does happen.
Rates are low, but they don't provide any research services, but
that is available elsewhere. Their margin rates are among the
lowest, if not the lowest, but that is irrelevant for penny stocks
as you can't margin them anyhow !
Good luck & go ABMI !!
Kenny.

OFF TOPIC REPLY:

Schwab has a really excellent reputation for customer satisfaction but there are all kinds of other brokers who are cheaper. So what are we looking for?

We want an inexpensive broker who will not mistreat our orders if we make a large market order. Who will work to fill our limit orders before the stock falls below that level on the ask. We at least want a broker who will at least try to fill our orders in the spread. We want a broker who uses a reputable market maker and has a decent clearing house. We want them to fill our orders quickly and if they do screw up we want them to work to make us happy.

Man we want a lot!

Brown and Company sounds good. They do charge an extra penny per share if your order is over 5000 shares. Is that important to you? Some brokers won't even let you buy a stock under a dollar. Many charge more than one cent per share for large trades.

National Discount Brokers looks pretty good and they don't charge extra for large NASDAQ or OTC stock orders. Thye do on NYSE stocks though.

E Trade apparently has improved greatly since they first came online.

Here are some ratings on brokers:

scorecard.com

smartmoney.com

Check out the threads here on SI as well. Lots of comments many of them negative but maybe that's all the better for helping to eliminate the also rans.

Another highly rated broker with people I know is Regal Securities but they trade on the phone as the online site is very slow.

regaldiscount.com

Good luck and Go ABMI!
