Bruce&Others: This guy seems to have his act together in the telephony sector. Both Franklin Telecom and FNet are mentioned under "voice over IP". This beats the heck out of "JeffPukePulverPage". ggg

Thanks for the response. I guess we all feel there will be some effect on FTEL by the ipo....(ggg). I guess I've over estimated
the drag effect. However, certainly Frank would want to maximize
FNET's drag effect on FTEL. I'll bet dollars to donuts that they
have a model in place that will max their return on both issues.
