>>>>>brought many others out to join in the conversation...where are they now? oh, they're still out there, waiting patiently for their guru's words of wisdom. sometimes maybe it is the other way around? sometimes "gurus" want/need/look for the thoughts of others sometimes it gets very tiresome to know there are hundreds of very smart people that are just plain unwilling to openly share their ideas with others without a personal financial gain? some of the most followed (bookmarked)people on SI, who work very hard and give great input to others, do it primarily to obtain "clients" for their brokerage firm, web site, news letter great marketing on their part but it does make one wonder why so few are unwilling to take even a tad of time to try to help others, for FREE hmmmmmmmmmmmmm and look at this thread when we run a "contest" dozens come out of lurking to give picks then go away I guess just tossing out a stock symbol is easy but communicating with others in a spirit of mutual sharing is simply not worth the few minutes it takes at a keyboard givin the % returns of some of the contest picks would it not be of value for those people to take the time to post here once in a Chartruse moon? PS 3 gremlins gone, only 57 to go
